• The 1/4 Side Beef is based on per lb hanging weight and includes processing and cutting the beef to your specifications plus vacuum packed and free delivery to your residence. Tight on space but still want the best variety our quarter beef is the choice for you. Best for couples or individuals the quarter beef order may fit in most traditional refrigerator/freezer combo units but we still recommend a small chest or upright freezer as it may take up to 5 cubic feet of space. If you prefer to use one of our pick up locations including our farm bring at least 3 large coolers otherwise we can supply boxes for transport.
