The 1/8 Beef Side averages about 40 lbs of beef and is the perfect starter package for people who want to try a variety of our Pasture Raised Beef. Each bundle includes: 2 Chuck Roast, 2 Beef Short Ribs, 2 Ribeye Steaks, 2 Porterhouse Steaks, 2 T-Bone Steaks, 3 Stew/Kabob Meat, 16 Ground Sirloin, 2 Sirloin Steaks.

It will be up to the farmers discretion to substitute product if they are unavailable at time of the order. Since our beef is Pasture-Raised it has a depth and layer of flavors as well as having an increased amount of Omega 3 which is good for heart and brain health.
