Our Pasture-Raised Ground Sirloin are pre-made inti 1/4 lb.patties approximately 90% lean and made from a blend of sirloin short ribs and brisket; these cuts are known for making especially succulent flavorful hamburgers! It’s a lean choice for less waste and limited shrinkage.  Place the patties in the refrigerator while you preheat a cast-iron skillet or stainless-steel frying pan over medium-high heat. The cold temperature will keep the fat from melting until it hits the hot pan. It will also help your burger get a nice sear and a lightly crispy exterior without overcooking the inside.
