Delicious farm fresh brown cage-free eggs.  Our Cage-Free Eggs are refrigerated. We keep the bloom on for food safety purposes. The bloom helps keep bacteria moisture and gases out of the egg. It also keeps the egg fresher longer.  Fresh eggs with the bloom intact can be stored on the counter for about a month and refrigerated for up to six months.
