• The 1/2 Side Beef is based on per lb hanging weight and includes processing and cutting the beef to your specifications plus vacuum packed and free delivery to your residence. A cut sheet will be emailed once order is placed. Time of delivery will be determined once order form is received.  Love the selection of a whole beef order but don’t have the freezer space then our half beef option is the best for you. Great for small families the variety and cost savings compared to buying individual cuts to feed the whole group are winners. Half beef side of beef orders will require the use of a chest or upright freezer.

• $500 reserve fee ($250 per 1/4 side)
• Hanging weight is variable.  1/2 side beef approximate hanging weight is 400 lbs.
